Leadership Team

The owners of ISE, Shawn Lothrop, PE & Shane Lothrop, and Chris Conwell, PE have 40+ years of combined experience in the civil/structural engineering industry. They worked for engineering firms in California and Maryland that offered engineering over most of the West & East Coast of the United States in the residential & commercial industries. They have built great working relationships with many top architects, builders & developers. The owners take tremendous pride in providing a quality engineered product that provides value for their clients. They also take pride in their belief in the use of sustainable products in construction. ISE is one of the most innovative engineering firms that provide engineering for many non-mainstream products such as Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP), Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) & other products that help conserve our natural resources.
